This is a beautiful specimen of Red Garnet in Actinolite Schist. The Green Actinolite shimmers in the light which made photographing a challenge. It is much prettier in person. The Garnet is also rich in color and provides a striking contrast. Metaphysically, Actinolite is an important tool that expands the energy body, providing for a connection to everyone and everything. This makes an excellent companion stone to the Red Garnet which stimulates energy flow in the body. Perfect!
