Terms of Sale
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- All items are for sale on a first come, first served basis.
- Payment must be made in U.S. dollars.
- California residents must pay 7.25% sales tax.
- There is a $15.00 charge for all returned checks.
- Return Policy: Crystals, Minerals, and Jewelry: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise (with prior approval from Crystal Ascension) within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Shipping and handling (including Insurance) will not be refunded.
- Return Policy: Quartz Singing Bowls: We are unable to offer cash refunds on Quartz Singing Bowls. Quartz Singing Bowls may be exchanged (with prior approval from Crystal Ascension). Shipping and handling (including Insurance) will not be refunded.
- Return Policy: Original and Custom Artwork, Music, Drums, and Leather Catalog Items: For these items, all sales are final.
- Damaged Items: We take great pride in our merchandise and in your satisfaction. We use the best shipping supplies, and each item is carefully wrapped and packaged. If you receive a damaged item, please save ALL of the packing exactly as you received it and we will refund your amount of purchase AFTER the insurance claim has been processed by the shipping agency.
Shipping and Handling
- All Domestic orders under 10 pounds are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail unless other arrangements are made in advance.
- All Domestic orders over 10 pounds are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground unless other arrangements are made in advance.
- For all International orders, we will work with our customers to find the most efficient and least expensive shipping to their country. We will do our very best to inform our customers of all costs (including brokerage fees, duty fees, and taxes) that we can reasonably be expected to know in advance, and to include those costs in our quoted shipping prices. However, the customer is ultimately responsible for any additional fees (including brokerage fees, duty fees, and taxes) charged by the country to which their order is being shipped.
